Micro Sprinklers
Micro sprinklers are a compact version of the larger lawn sprinkler set up for smaller lawns that still require an even supply of water. They emit fine sprays of water over a larger area than water drippers and come with a variety of nozzles to direct the water and shape the spray as desired. Micro sprinklers can normally spray water up to a radius of three metres, making them an effective tool for watering a wide area without the need for manually watering cans or moving hosepipes. They are designed to reach the whole of an average tree root zone.
Micro sprinklers operate at low pressure, reducing water use and keeping wastage and water bills low. They typically offer spray patterns of 90 or 180 degrees to help get right into the corners of flower borders and a 360-degree option for all-around coverage. They are especially effective in greenhouses and for watering containers, bulb bowls, and hanging baskets.
Use micro sprinklers alone, or as part of a wider irrigation system across your garden or outdoor area. They take up little space, are easy to install and won’t make too much noise. You can attach them to a garden tap or hose using a water connector to allow maximum flexibility when deciding where to position them.
