The Pop-Up Sprinkler Elbow Connector is a 1/2-Inch male thread and nut Lock compression connector.  Nut Lock (compression) fittings are a straightforward solution for building your irrigation system. Place the nut collar onto your pipe and firmly push it over the barbed connection point; then, slide the collar to the thread edge and twist it onto the thread, creating a solid compression joint. You can reuse your fittings on multiple occasions by quickly removing them from your irrigation pipe without cutting your hosepipe or using tools.
