Returns

We hope you will be absolutely delighted with your purchase. But if not we operate a no-quibbles guarantee which means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return it to us in its original condition within 14 days from date of invoice. We will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item excluding the delivery cost.

We only post our Plants on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays to prevent them being held up in postal sorting depots over weekends. We will notify you if adverse weather delays postage. If your plant order has not been received within 4 days from the confirmation of dispatch or the plants have been damaged in transit please contact us and we will endeavour to put this right.

In addition you may cancel your order for any reason within seven working days following the day on which you receive the goods.

We regret that this does not apply where products have been used.

You will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us (unless these goods are faulty or have been delivered by us in error).

If the item is either faulty or damaged please contact us and we will arrange for a replacement or refund. We will reimburse you in full (excluding any delivery charges) on receipt of the returned goods. Please ensure that the goods are returned in their original condition.

We recommend that you make use of a parcel delivery company, which will insure you for the value of the goods that you are returning.

Although every effort is made to supply throughout the UK we reserve the right to refuse delivery, in this instance you will be notified and if you have completed payment a full refund will be given.
